We’re excited to welcome Coach Al McCray to the team at All Pro Landscaping Services!


Coach McCray previously coached at the collegiate level for the Fort Hays State University Tigers, where he built a reputation for discipline, accountability, and hard work. His leadership helped guide his teams to multiple playoff appearances, including back-to-back conference championships in 2017 and 2018, finishing with an incredible 20–2 combined record during that span. In addition, Coach McCray has coached 14 players who went on to play in the NFL—an impressive testament to his ability to develop talent at the highest level.

Coach McCray’s consistency and unwavering commitment to steady improvement produced championship-level results on the field—and those same principles translate directly into how we serve our clients.

Next-Generation Leadership

In January 2018, Donnell Shaw, Albert Sr.’s son, inherited the family business, continuing to deliver high-quality residential lawn maintenance, gardening, and landscape installations while honoring the values instilled by his father. In 2026, Donnell partnered with longtime friend Al Mccray, a former high school and collegiate football coach, to bring new energy, leadership, and structure to the company.

Both founders grew up in their fathers’ landscaping businesses, giving them a deep understanding of the industry and a strong appreciation for the responsibility of maintaining someone else’s property.
